My work as a bodyworker began nearly twenty years ago, but my calling was revealed much earlier. At ten years old, I offered gentle massage to my dying mother, instinctively using my hands to soothe, comfort, and love her in her final days. When she passed, I knew without question that healing through touch would be my life’s work. For eight years, I lived and worked in Bali, serving as a yoga teacher and healer at a well-known yoga studio in Ubud.
There, I deepened my understanding of the body as a sacred vessel one that holds memory, emotion, grief, and profound wisdom. Motherhood transformed me again. After the birth of my children, I came face to face with a truth so many women carry silently: despite being surrounded by people, I felt deeply unsupported in my postpartum healing. My body longed for care, and my heart longed for a village that wasn’t there. This led me through a profound season of postpartum depression and burnout, where I found myself asking: “Where is the village? Where is the deep, reverent care new mothers truly need?” It was after the birth of my second child that clarity arrived. I knew it was time to return to my work, but in a new way. A way devoted to mothers. A way that centres rest, repair, nervous system healing, and true being-held.
Today, I serve as a guide, ally, and space-holder for the mother for the one ready to heal, whether from birth trauma, postpartum depletion or the quiet wounds carried from years of doing it all alone. I support women in gently integrating trauma held in the body, reconnecting with themselves, and reclaiming the mother they long to be. Our bodies carry so much especially as mothers. When we are not properly supported, cycles of exhaustion, separation,
Yin & Hatha Yoga
These classes are an invitation to step out of the noise of the outer world and enter the sacred space within. Through the gentle union of Hatha and Yin yoga, we move between conscious, breath-led postures and deep, meditative stillness. Hatha awakens the body, creating strength, balance, and flow of life force, while Yin invites you to soften, surrender, and journey into the deeper layers of the body and spirit. Each class is a ritual of reconnection. The space is infused with essential oils, sound healing, and subtle spiritual practices that support energetic alignment and open a doorway into deeper awareness. Vibrations of sound, the grounding scent of plant medicine, and intentional guidance help quiet the mind and soften the heart. As the body releases and the breath deepens, you are gently guided inward towards the wisdom of your soul and the remembrance of your higher divine self. This is more than a yoga class; it is a sacred pause, a place to restore your energy, recalibrate your nervous system, and reconnect with the deeper intelligence that lives within you. All are welcome whether you are beginning your journey or deepening an existing practice. Come as you are and allow the practice to guide you home.
MULTIDIMENSIONAL HEALING BODYWORK
In these two hour session, I ultilize somatic intuitive clearing work that opens up to any long held emotions that are stuck through the physical body, as well as a modality called Innerguidance that creates a safe space for self awakening to occur. I work with tools including myofascial release, energy healing, trauma integration, essential oil medicine to assist you in regaining a deepened and empowered relationship with your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual body. I often use crystal bowl sound vibrations for creating homeostasis in the body and help integrate any big process.
