Hi, I’m Katie - a yoga teacher and sound healer with a deep love for the ocean, the earth beneath our feet, and the transformative practice of yoga. To me, yoga is both a sanctuary and a source of strength. It’s an invitation to slow down, tune in, and reconnect amidst the noise of daily life. I’m passionate about offering a balance of both yin and yang - the soft and the strong, the stillness and the flow - recognising that both are essential and exist in harmony within us. My teaching style blends gentle nurturing with grounded strength, creating a space where you can soften, feel supported, and also be empowered. Through mindful movement and breath, I’ll guide you to connect more deeply.. body, mind, and soul.
At Feather & Sage Bloom, I offer a Monday morning Slow Flow to gently awaken and energise the body, and a Thursday morning Yin practice as an invitation to slow down, soften, and restore.
