Hi! I’m Lou, Spiritual Mentor & Feminine Embodiment Teacher.

I have been on my own spiritual and self-discovery journey for the last 13 years. 

It is my deepest intention to help other people feel less alone on their own journey and be a guiding light for others in this human experience. I believe in a grounded

approach to spirituality and that laughter, pleasure and joy, truly are the best medicines.

I am a Reiki Master and am currently training to become a Somatic Sex Coach & Yoni Massage Practitioner. I have also studied and practiced Astrology, Mediumship,

Tarot and The Akashic Records. I love all of it!

I believe we are all here on Earth for a purpose. To be in these beautiful bodies and come back to the truth of who we are beyond the conditioning, programming and

societal expectations that have been passed down to us. 

To live a life that feels in alignment with our most authentic self.
